Return & Refund Policy

We want every piece you receive to be something you love. Because our items are personally selected, custom-ordered or chosen specifically to your measurements and requests, our returns and refunds are handled a little differently than a typical store. Please read the details below so we can work together to find the best outcome.

Returns we can accept

  1. Exchanges or returns for faulty items: If an item arrives damaged or has a  manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a short description. We will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
  2. Incorrectly fulfilled orders: If we send the wrong item, size, or color compared to what we agreed, contact us within 7 days and we’ll correct it at no cost.

What we cannot not accept

  1. Returns for sizing or fit when items were purchased to your specifications:  Because we personally source and sometimes tailor garments to fit your measurements or design requests, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds because an item doesn’t fit as expected.

If sizing doesn’t work out

We understand fit can be tricky. If you’re unhappy with the fit, please contact us right away and we’ll try to help. Options we may be able to offer, handled case-by-case:

  1. Help rehome the item: Occasionally we can connect you with someone who  missed an original sale and would like the piece; while we can assist, we cannot guarantee a buyer or accept responsibility for finding one.
  2. Advice for alteration or restyling: We can suggest simple alteration options or       styling tips to make the garment work better for you.

Please note: any assistance rehoming an item is voluntary and offered around our normal business schedules; we cannot be held liable for the outcome and unfortunately cannot guarantee timelines or success.

Timeframes and how to contact us

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damage, defects, or incorrect fulfillment.
  2. For fit concerns, contact us as soon as possible, the sooner we hear from you,     the more likely we can help.
  3. Include order details and photos (if relevant) so we can respond quickly.

Shipping costs

  1. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and     any replacement shipping costs.
  2. If you choose to return or send an item for rehoming for reasons other than  fault, you will be responsible for shipping unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Refunds and store credit

  1. Refunds for faulty or incorrectly fulfilled orders will be issued following                 inspection and confirmation of the issue, using the original payment method     when possible.
  2. If a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 days for processing.
  3. We may offer store credit instead of a cash refund in some situations, with your  consent.

Care & resale considerations

  1. To preserve the possibility of resale or rehoming, returned items must be clean, unworn (except for fit checking), with tags and original packaging intact where    possible.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse assistance or a refund if items are returned in a     condition that prevents resale.
