Magic‑mail does not manufacture, store or directly sell products unless explicitly stated.

Magic‑mail is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand, retailer or manufacturer unless expressly stated. All trade marks, brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order with Magic‑mail, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Authorise Magic‑mail to purchase items on your behalf.
Pay all applicable service fees, product costs, postage or shipping charges, taxes, customs duties and other related expenses.

All fees are clearly communicated prior to purchase confirmation.

5. Pricing and Availability

Product prices and availability are determined by third‑party retailers and may change without notice. Magic‑mail is not responsible for price fluctuations, discontinued items or out‑of‑stock products.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by third‑party carriers. Magic‑mail is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the client once the item is dispatched from the retailer or carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility depends on the policies of the original retailer. Magic‑mail will assist with return requests where possible but does not guarantee acceptance of returns by third‑party sellers.

Service fees may be non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
